Solutions for clear skin anybody?

Okay, so i have this skin that hardly ever breaks out, but when it does, its pretty bad. Like the kind you can't really cover up. School is starting soon, and i definitely don't want to have a pizza face on my first day. Can you recommend what i can use to make my skin clear, AND KEEP IT THAT WAY??

Oh and proactiv did not work for me at all, so try not to say that. :)

all answers will be very appreciated!

Okay I sort of have the same problem as you do.....and I tried clinique 3 step acne solutions and it worked awesome ! My face had totally cleared up in 2 days and it usually takes more than that but I would definitely recommend ! :]

Good luck !Solutions for clear skin anybody?
Number one factor for clear skin: patience. You must be very patient for the results because they do not usually happen overnight. I would suggest NOT using Proactiv or Acne-Free because they can make your face red and itchy, eventually. Cetaphil would be okay if you had just regular skin - but it has no ingredients that actually help with acne. If I could recommend something for you, it would be the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash (unscented). It's as simple as can be, but it works wonders when you use it and moisturize right after. Remember to use a moisturizer that is also oil free, and it'd be even better if the two products were of the same brand (you know, so you know they work together). There is also a product called Mario Badescu Drying Lotion and you can put it right on the spot of the acne to make it disappear a little quicker. It might not work for you, but a lot of celebrities use it. The Drying Lotion is even gentle enough to use on itchy bug bites, razor burns, and ingrown hairs to help sooth them - so you don't have to worry about harsh chemicals. Good luck getting that clear skin you've always wanted! Clear skin is a major confidence-booster; but in the meanwhile... be happy that you're already so beautiful!
Proactiv did not work for my daughter either. She now uses Cetaphil that you can buy pretty well anywhere with the Cetaphil lotion as well. Be sure to buy the one for oily sensitive skin. It works wonders! Also, if you do get a pimple try putting Tea Tree Oil on it. It will dry it up fast but put lotion on top as it dries the skin also.
