Can i rinse my soft contacts with opti-free replenish solution after 6 hours of clear care?

okay well i just went to my first contact eye exam.


and the doctor explained a lot of stuff to me.


but i forgot if i can rinse the contact lenses with opti-free replenish solution, that she gave me, after six hours of clear care ?
