What is the solution to clear monitor settings in screen?

i have compaq 7540 crt pc monitor. it is displaying contrast adjustment in my screen. but i haven't used those buttons... but still it is keep on displaying like this.....how to clear this problem. generate solution for clearing this......What is the solution to clear monitor settings in screen?
sounds like the button on the front of your monitor is stuck, maybe it is sticking from food from your finger or a soda being opened in front or it and it sprayed soda on the mutton. turn off the monitor and clean the buttons with warm water on a rag but not too wet and then turn it back on to see if the problem has cleared. good luckWhat is the solution to clear monitor settings in screen?
