Which deals with acne better, ProActiv or the Clinique Acne Solutions Clear Skin system?

I'm currently using ProActiv and it's not really working. I've been using it for about a year, so yeah.Which deals with acne better, ProActiv or the Clinique Acne Solutions Clear Skin system?
everyones body is different so an acne product that works miracles on one person can have no effect on another...if ProActive isnt working for you, i suggust trying something different..you may want to see a dermatoligist to see what he suggusts for your skin typeWhich deals with acne better, ProActiv or the Clinique Acne Solutions Clear Skin system?
If you have been using something for a YEAR and it's not worked, it's not going to begin to work. Your money would be better spent on a DERMATOLOGIST and your acne would be cleared by now, too.....or well on the way. My son had BAD acne and he saw the Dermatologist maybe 3 times in the year, to recheck his progress and get meds with refills, and his face is completely clear and different now....there is no money better spent on acne than going to the right MD for it and not wasting it on TV infomercial stuff.
(sp?)it depends on your acne. my son had severe acne, and proactiv was the only thing that ever worked. his face is clear, and if you didn't know he had a problem with acne, you'd never know it by looking now. the dermatologist medications, and treatments worked very slowly, and not with as good of results. they have been running a coupon in the paper 2 for around $20.00. i'm in california, might be different in your state. have you ever tried netrugena (sp?) bar soap? that is what worked for me when i was younger.
I've been using the Clinique Acne Solutions cleanser, exfoliating lotion, and moisturizer for about 5 weeks now and my skin has never looked better! I've tried everything including Proactiv, and also a few prescription medications and this has been the best all around skin care regimen. It is well worth the money. My skin feels so soft and it isn't oily anymore at all. The first week I started using it, my skin got a little dry and red but it only lasted a couple days. Also, Clinique offers a trial package for about $30 but the products are smaller sizes. If you go ahead and buy the full size products, then it ends up being about $15 more and if you hate them then just save the boxes and receipt and Clinique will give you a full refund. So you have nothing to lose. Like I said, I've tried literally hundreds of over the counter products like Neutrogena, Biore, AcneFree, Clean and Clear, and Proactiv and this is the best set so far. Sorry if I sound like a sellsman for Clinique but I'm just so glad I found something that works for me so I'm telling anyone that will listen. :) I'm going to try the Emergency gel and maybe some of their makeup, too.
it depends on what skin type you have i also heared you should change your face wash every once and a while
ProActiv is the best acne reliever. im sorry to hear that it isnt working for you. maybe your acne is just too bad? wow i dunno. everyone i know who uses proactive has the clearest skin! and it works miracles with me! maybe try the other one (Clinique) and see if thats any better for about 1 month and if not then go back to ProActiv. :)
