It has been 8 months and I have heard nothing from Clear Breeze Solutions, all my e-mails have been returned.?

Sounds like their email address doesn't exist any longer. If the returned emails say Mailor Daemon, undeliverable then that's what happened. Unless you type their address wrong, check and make sure it is correct.
