Started about 8 months ago during a sinus infection. Infection gone after much anti-biotic but headache persists.I get a headache when I cough or strongly clear throat. What are solutions?
It sounds like any sinus pressure still bothers you. Try a decongestant as it sounds like pressure is the issue or maybe an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen. The Dr. is the best bet though.
