Thank You so much!!!How can you get rid of acne? What is the solution to clear skin?
Use anti bacterial soap on your body and scrub every second or third day to help scrub away dead skin which contributes to acne.
Eat minimal fatty/sweet foods-theres a saying ';you are what you eat';.
Try not to stress too much as hormones going up and down is not good for anyones skin!
Don't overscrub your face and use a cleanser with benzoyl peroxide in it.How can you get rid of acne? What is the solution to clear skin?
I would recommend exfoliating them with a good mineral based exfoliator like Lluvia's crystal exfoliator and then following it with a good oil like their Deep Nourishing Oil and then your regular moisturizer.
I've never had many good things to say about cosmetics and skin care products, because if you want to be honest about it, probably 98 percent of the skin care products on the market are complete garbage. They do nothing whatsoever to beautify your skin, and, in fact, most of them actually harm your health, because they contain artificial fragrances composed of cancer-causing chemicals. When you put this stuff on your skin, it gets absorbed into your bloodstream and causes liver damage, or even DNA damage. It is a direct promoter of cancer. In fact, according to federal law, nearly all bottles of perfume, deodorant, lotion, shampoo and skin care products are illegally labeled, because they contain cancer-causing ingredients, and yet they have no warnings on the labels whatsoever to alert consumers about those ingredients.
But now there's a new skincare product line from the Amazon Herb Company that is actually healthy. It actually contains only helpful ingredients. None of those harmful ingredients found in most other skin care and cosmetic products are found in this line. The line is called Lluvia, and it's the first line of personal care products that I have been willing to stand up and talk about as being healthy. These products contain potent rain forest botanicals, but more importantly, they have no artificial fragrance, no fillers and no sodium laureth sulfate. They are not made with things like transmission fluid and brake fluid, which are the chemicals found in most other cosmetic products. This is an exceptional product line.
My strategy is to create healthy skin from the inside, through outstanding nutrition. I do this by eating raw foods and drinking raw food juices. If you ever want to see a bunch of people with a really vibrant, healthy glow in their skin, just go to a raw food group. Those who have been eating raw foods the longest will probably have the best skin.
But most of the world isn't going to convert to raw foods, so most people need external nutrition for their skin, and in that case, I think this Lluvia product line is the very best I've found yet. If you're going to put something on your skin, let it be this.
Lluvia has all the products you might expect in a skin care line: Cleanser, moisturizer, a deep penetrating oil that gives healthy oils to your skin tissues and a nice spray to spritz your face. In addition to these products, they have a camu C serum, which is loaded with camu fruit. As you may know, camu is very high in antioxidants and contains an extremely high level of vitamin C. If you put this serum on your skin, there's no question about it: These nutrients will be absorbed into the skin and provide external nutritional.

Invest in a cleanser containing Salicylic Acid; this is an acid that has been shown to sop up oil and dry out zits. Biore, Neutrogena, pHisoderm, Clearasil are some examples. Just make sure you read the labels. Neutrogena and pHisoderm have stuff that is marketed for bodily use [back] but it is really the same stuff as the facial; so you could get a bottle of their body stuff [more value for your money] and use it all over. This is not good for everyone, though; if you have very sensitive skin, get a product for your face that specifies its use for sensitive skin.
Also invest in an exfoliating product ['scrub']. I use St Ives Invigorating Apricot Scurb; it is inexpensive, gentle, and effective in sloughing off dead skin that can clog pores.
If you want, you can use a mask...clay-based are good for acne, such as Got2be's Pure Intent Clay Masque or St Ives Firming Mineral mask.
Following that, and this is optional too, is a toner. This is used to remove any impurities that were missed or left by previous steps and often serves to tighten pores to reduce their appearance and their ability to attract gunk.
Finding a good moisturizer is important, too; I haven't found my ideal one yet, but I found St Ives Collagen Elastin mask to be gentle and hydrating. I like combining steps, though, so I use a facial moisturizer that contains SPF 30-Hawaiian Tropic's Oil Free Faces Moisturizer.
Purchase a spot treatment that contains Benzoyl Peroxide. Most skincare companies have their version of this, and all the drugstores have a generic version that works just fine. This is not to be applied all over, only to problem spots. Neosporin is not made for general use all over your face...so be careful with that suggestion.
Be sure you use sunscreen as part of your skincare regimen and be sure you cleanse any makeup off before bed. Don't want to get clogged pores and don't want to stain your pillowcase.
Speaking of pillowcases, though, be sure to launder your linens [bedding, pillowcases, sheets] at least once every two weeks to get rid of any buildup [dead skin-ew, I know] so you aren't laying in it.
Stay hydrated, avoid soda, and avoid greasy food. Get adequate rest. If your acne issues persist, it could be a hormonal thing...in which case you might talk to your doctor about birth control [don't worry, you don't have to be having sex to get on it-there are a lot of people who are on BC who aren't] which can help clear up people's skin.
Be careful, though; do not over-cleanse your skin...no more than 1-2 times daily. Any more than that, and you will be overly stripping your skin of its natural oils [we do need SOME, you know...] and then your body will be prompted to INCREASE production of these oils.
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended methods that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.
Firstly and more important in my opinion and experience, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their guides they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.
You can learn about the fasest system and one of the most popular guides that can help you to get rid of your acne from the inside here:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.
In my experience Clearpores cleansing system work very well. Check this website to learn a lot more about this great system:

I hope that these tips will help you to get rid of your acne, good luck!
oh my gosh i was there years ago. after 7 years of trying everything heres what works perfect for me. use noxema wash for your face and other areas that apply. no other soap, only use body soap for non problematic areas. after the shower and noxema use cortizone cream, or even better you can use neosporin. either cream or ointment. use like lotion. it does get a lil expensive but just at first because u wont need to use it so much after first or second month. not only will it get rid of the acne, but heals the scared skin and over all works like nothing else.! good luck.
