Any solutions to clear out deep nasal congestion?

I have had nasal problems for as long as I can remember. Anyway I have been very congested lately. I think a big part of it has to do with the air conditioning I am constantly in and the fact that I always hang out at friend's houses who have cats. I am allergic to cats.





My congestion is deep in sinus cavity and tends to drip down my throat. I can't just blow it out. I have tried nasal rises and a neti pot but it does no good. This guy is deep in there.





I had a nasal polyp taken out about 10 years ago and haven't had many problems since then until now. It is certainly a possibility that a have a new polyp but because I have no health insurance I won't be seeing a doctor anytime soon.





Any remedies or suggestions would be awesome. I am not completely miserable but I would like to be able to talk again without sounding nasally. Thank you.Any solutions to clear out deep nasal congestion?

See an allergist. You might try a decongestant like Zyrtec D or Mucinex or Sudafed. Also, a saline wash may help your sinuses.
